The SSTT process involves applying a site-specific chemical blend to waste material. The complex blend reacts with heavy metals to form water insoluble, nonhazardous, stable mineral compounds. After the process is complete, the metal-bearing compounds are less susceptible to natural leaching as tested by TCLP, SPLP, MEP and others analyses. |

| David Quelle established SSTT in 2000, in response to the growing need for affordable remediation choices for metals-impacted soils. Prior to founding SSTT, Mr.
Quell worked with Waste Management, Inc. where he specialized in transportation and disposal services for both Subtitle D and Subtitle C landfills. |

| Timothy Jones has over twenty years of experience with remedial construction projects in addition to skills in
site investigations, field screening and analyses, oil spill cleanup, compliance
auditing, contingency planning and training. He has contracted with federal agencies such as the USEPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers and serves as
the company Health and Safety Officer. |
